A new Collection Team Leader role is open at Dealz Management technologies private limited, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. There are 3 open positions. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

A Collection Team Leader Manages Day-To-Day Debt Recovery Operations, Guides A Team Of Collection Agents Or Advisors, And Tracks Key Performance Targets. They Ensure Compliance With Financial Regulations, Handle Escalated Client Issues, And Coach Staff To Improve Recovery Efficiency. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Customer acquisition, Compliance and Financial products
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and persuasive
