The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Recovery Team Leader, your work will include:

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Hindi and English, Active listening, Verbal communication, CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and patient
