Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil

Day-to-day work

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil
• An ethical, detail-oriented attitude
