Debt Care Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in New Bowenpally, Hyderabad. Salary is up to ₹21,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Telugu
• You are ethical and detail-oriented

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month.
