A Collection Process Head Leads The Debt Recovery Department, Designing Strategies To Maximize Cash Flow While Ensuring Regulatory Compliance. Key Responsibilities Include Optimizing, Reviewing, And Approving Collection Processes, Managing Team Performance Metrics (E.G., Recovery Rates, Delinquency Reduction), And Handling Escalations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil

Your responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹65,000 per month.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil
• You are persuasive and trustworthy
