Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Looking For Team Lead & Telecaller Both. Languages : English, Hindi, Kannada

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Kannada
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
