Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Hindi, English, Tamil

Roles and responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Tamil
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Hindi, English, Tamil
• Someone ethical and persuasive

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
