What the job involves

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, MS Excel, Compliance and KYC
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone ethical and persuasive

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
