Debt Collection Specialist

Debtcare Enterprises pvt ltd is looking for a Debt Collection Specialist to join its team in New Bowenpally, Hyderabad. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Telugu
• You are trustworthy and detail-oriented

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
