Customer Service Advisor

Decent Marketing Management is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join its team in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Hindi and English, Active listening and Typing speed
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and patient

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
