Hotel Receptionist

Decent Marketing Management is looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join its team in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing, MS Office, Basic accounting and Data entry
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
