Decibel Consulting wants to bring on a Business Development Associate for its Vesu, Surat team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

Responsible For Acquiring And Growing B2B Clients Across Retail, Fmcg, Hospitality, Packaging, And Industrial Sectors. Generate Leads, Conduct Meetings, Present Green On India'S Sustainable Packaging Solutions, Negotiate Contracts, And Achieve Sales Targets While Building Long-Term Customer Relationships. Handle The Whole Sale Cycle. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Presentation, Customer handling and CRM
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
