Handle Customer Queries Via Phone, Email, And Remote Support. Resolve Software-Related Issues, Guide Customers On Software Usage, Troubleshoot Problems, Escalate Complex Cases, And Maintain Support Records. Good Communication, Basic Computer Knowledge, And Problem-Solving Skills Required.

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
