Handle Travel, Maintain Confidential Records, Track Tasks In Excel, Follow Up On Work, Assist In Mis Reporting, Support Team Members, And Ensure Timely Completion And Reporting. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing, MS Office, Email etiquette and Record keeping
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
