Oversaw End-To-End Hr Functions Including Hiring, Onboarding, And Record Management. Coordinated Payroll, Attendance, And Compliance With Policies. Addressed Employee Concerns, Supported Engagement, And Conducted Appraisals And Training While Ensuring Smooth Hr Operations And Communication Across Teams. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Labour law basics, HRMS, Screening
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude

What you will do

• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
