Looking for an Hr Manager role in Udhna, Surat? Decibel Consulting is hiring now. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Manage End-To-End Hr Operations Including Payroll, Compliance (Pf, Esic, Pt), Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle, And Records. Handle Pms, Appraisals, Mis Reporting, Grievances, And Policy Implementation. Ensure Smooth Onboarding, Exits, And Full & Final Settlements With Timely Reporting To Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, MS Excel, Recruitment, Screening
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and organised

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
