What you will do

As a Back Office Employee, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Computer, Email

• A well spoken, dependable attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
