Human Resource Executive

Deepali Sachdeva (Broadview Marketing) wants to bring on a Human Resource Executive for its Azadpur, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Hiring And Recruitment, Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Recruitment, HRMS, Labour law basics, Payroll
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and organised

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
