Delta Innovative Ssolutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Customer Service Executive Responsible For Handling Customer Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, Processing Orders, And Providing Product Information. Ensures Customer Satisfaction Through Professional Communication, Timely Follow-Ups, And Coordination With Internal Teams. Maintains Records In Crm Systems. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Salary

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound and Outbound
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
