Desai and company has an opening for an Hr Executive based in Palanpur Jakatnaka, Surat. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

Day-to-day work

As an Hr Executive, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Screening, Recruitment, Payroll

Compensation
