Responsibilities Include Identifying Manpower Requirements, Posting Vacancies On Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin And Other Platforms, Sourcing Candidates, Screening Resumes, Conducting Initial Hr Interviews, Coordinating Interview Schedules, Following Up With Candidates, Negotiating Salary Expectations, And Releasing Job Offers. The Candidate Will Also Maintain Recruitment Databases, Track Hiring Progress, And Ensure Timely Closure Of Vacancies.Required Skills: Excellent Communication, Candidate Sourcing, Resume Screening, Interview Coordination, Negotiation Skills, Knowledge Of Recruitment Portals, Ms Excel And Google Sheets. Ability To Achieve Hiring Targets And Work Efficiently. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Labour law basics, Screening, Payroll, Recruitment
• Good English

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
