We Are Seeking A Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented Accounts & Project Billing Executive To Join Our Interior Design Firm. In This Role, You Will Be The Backbone Of Our Financial And Site Operations, Ensuring Seamless Vendor Coordination, Accurate Expense Tracking, And Precise Contract Management. The Ideal Candidate Is Tech-Savvy. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Accounts payable, MS Excel, Accounts receivable and GST
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are accurate and organised

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
