Desserts Brand is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Sector-14, Sonipat. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. The team is filling 2 vacancies.

Prepare And Serve Desserts Like Bingsu, Gelato, And Live Ice Creamsmaintain Hygiene And Cleanliness As Per Food Safety Standardshandle Customer Orders And Provide Excellent Serviceoperate Pos System And Manage Billing (If Required)Ensure Proper Stock Handling And Ingredient Usageassist In Daily Outlet Operations.

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your work will include:

• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Presentation, Target achievement, CRM, Customer handling
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone persuasive and target-driven
