• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word, Record Management, Tally
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
