Devam Pacific is hiring an Executive Assistant in Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken

Roles and responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
