Devam Pacific is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Naroda, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Data entry, Email etiquette, MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, organised attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
