Devyami Automatic Pumps & Controls Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join its team in Makarpura, Vadodara. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Gujarati, Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English
• Someone patient and calm under pressure

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
