Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Type : Domestic, Outbound, Sales | Languages : Kannada, Bengali, Telugu, English, Hindi

What the job involves

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month.
