Back Office Coordinator

Dg Tech Computers Pvt Ltd is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join its team in Nalasopara West, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email and Ms Word
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Email
• An organised, well spoken attitude
