Dhanraj Hospitality is hiring a Catering Manager / Supervisor in Mulund West, Mumbai. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹5,00,000/month.

Oversee Operations In Hotels, Restaurants, Or Event Spaces To Deliver Excellent Service. Manage Staff, Coordinate Budgets, And Ensure Compliance With Standards. Implement Strategies To Improve Guest Satisfaction And Business Performance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You'll welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service.
• You'll handle billing, reservations and guest feedback.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Hygiene standards, Communication, Billing / POS, Food & beverage service
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are friendly and energetic

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹5,00,000 per month.
