Role Focus On Store Operation & Staff Training.1. You Need To Train Store Staff On Sales, Crm & Customer Handling 2. Monitor Daily Store Operations 3.Create Sops And Checklist 4.Conduct Regular Training Sessions.5.Develop Videos, Script & Flashcards Sales Training 6.Track Staff Kpis & Store Standardization 7.Conduct Daily/Weekly Training Sessions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare worksheets, tests and teaching aids.
• Communicate with parents about learning goals
• Assess student progress and share regular feedback
• Use digital tools for classes and assignments
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum

Compensation

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
