- Manage Daily Schedules And Appointments. - Coordinate Meetings And Follow-Ups. - Handle Calls, Emails, And Basic Office Communication. - Prepare Documents, Reports, And Presentations. - Coordinate With Clients, Employees, And Other Teams. - Maintain Records And Important Documents. - Provide Daily Administrative Support To Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
