Front Office Receptionist

A new Front Office Receptionist role is open at Dholariya Consultancy, Nava Naroda, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹8,500/month.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A dependable, well spoken attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹8,000 – ₹8,500 per month.
