Join Our Team As A Customer Relations Executive! Handle Customer Calls And Follow-Ups For Two-Wheeler Sales & Service, Generate Leads, Explain Offers, Schedule Appointments, And Maintain Customer Records. Excellent Communication And Convincing Skills Required. Minimum 6 Months Telecalling Experience Mandatory. Immediate Joiners Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Target achievement, Customer handling and Presentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
