Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Computer, Tally, Email
• Advanced Excel, MS Word, Internet Surfing, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, MS Power Point
• You are well spoken and detail-oriented
