We Are Looking For A Proactive And Customer-Focused Whatsapp Api Customer Support Executive Who Can Assist Our Clients With Whatsapp Api Setup, Onboarding, Troubleshooting, And Day-To-Day Support.The Ideal Candidate Should Have Basic Technical Understanding, Excellent Communication Skills, And A Passion For Helping Customers Achieve Success Using Whatsapp Automation, Crm, Ai Chatbots, And Marketing Automation. Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
