Digismart Electricals is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Bawana, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing, MS Office, Data entry and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
