Collection Specialist

Digismart inc has an opening for a Collection Specialist based in Sector 4 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Compliance, Documentation, Financial products, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
