Key Responsibilities:Make Outbound Calls To Customers Regarding Pending Or Overdue Loan/Credit Card Payments.Clearly Explain Payment Details, Outstanding Amounts, And Due Dates To Customers.Follow Up With Customers And Negotiate Repayment Plans Where Applicable. Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Conversations And Recovery Status In The System. Languages : Hindi, Telugu, English

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
