Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Billing Process, Computer, Email, File And Paperwork Management, Handling Invoices
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
