Manages And Recovers Overdue Payments From Clients By Contacting Them Via Phone, Email. They Negotiate Payment Plans, Resolve Billing Disputes, Maintain Accurate Records, And Ensure Compliance With Legal Regulations, Aiming To Minimize Bad Debt And Meet Company Financial Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Compliance, Customer acquisition, KYC, MS Excel
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are trustworthy and detail-oriented

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
