We Are Looking For A Responsible And Experienced Training Coordinator For Our B2B Mens Wear Wholesale Business.Key Responsibilities:Prepare And Improve Training Modules For Different Departments.Train New And Existing Staff According To Company Sops.Conduct Written, Oral And Practical Training Tests.Evaluate Staff Performance And Provide Working Approval After Successful Assessment.Observe Staff Working And Ensure Sops And Processes Are Followed Correctly.Identify Mistakes And Arrange Re-Training Wherever Required.Maintain Training, Test, Assessment And Approval Records.Coordinate With Department Heads For Staff Training And Performance Improvement.Prepare Regular Training And Inspection Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Computer | Languages : English, Hindi
