Location: Gurgaon Sector 49 Role: Inbound Customer Support Voice Process Qualification: Graduation Mandatory Working: 5.5 Days* 2 Weeks 5 Days Working* 2 Weeks 6 Days Working* Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-Offs* Day Shift Process* No Cab Facility Salary: Up To 6 Lpa* 20% Hike Or 6 Lpa, Whichever Is Lower*. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• A self-motivated, confident attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
