Handling Customers Through Chat And Calling Emails. Type : Outbound, Domestic | Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Kannada, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Malayalam

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam and Marathi
• Good English
