Dispatch Executive / Officer

Disha Consultant has an opening for a Dispatch Executive / Officer based in Mangol Puri, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹22,000/month.

Prepare Dispatch Documents Like Invoices, Delivery Challans, And Packing Lists Coordinate With The Warehouse Team For Packing And Dispatch. Ensure Timely Dispatch Of Materials As Per Schedule .Maintain Proper Stock Records And Be Responsible For Physical Inventory Responsible For. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Email etiquette, Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
