Handle End-To-End Recruitment Coordination For Hr And Administrative Activities Across Departments. Oversee Day-To-Day Administrative Operations Such As Office Maintenance, Vendor Coordination, And Facility Management. Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Maintain Proper Documentation For Audits. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, HRMS, Screening, MS Excel
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and organised
