Divine Group is looking for a Real Estate Sales to join its team in Sector 65 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

We Are Looking For A Dynamic And Result-Driven Real Estate Sales Executive To Promote And Sell Plotted Developments Through Field Sales. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Site Visits, Client Handling, And Closing Deals. This Role Involves Fieldwork And Interaction With Customers And Channel Partners. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Real Estate
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• Someone target-driven and confident

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
