Divisha Hotel has an opening for a Receptionist based in Ranchi. Freshers can apply. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor.

Roles and responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude
