Personal Loan, Business Loan , Home Loan , Property Loan, If Candidate Has Knowledge In Any Loan So They Can Apply We Are Giving Fixed Salary And Incentives Also. Type : Outbound, Sales, Domestic | Languages : English, Hindi

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Domestic, English, Hindi, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
