DK Associates has an opening for a Billing / Records based in Ramjanki Nagar, Gorakhpur. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Bank reconciliation, GST
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and confidential

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims

• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
